Who Am I?

I am becoming closer and closer to the person I needed 30 years ago. The person to tell me that I am not flawed, that I am not an imposter, and I do not need to compromise my values or integrity.

I am Kristen Marchus-Hemstad and live outside of beautiful Austin TX. I have a master’s degree in Counseling and was a Crisis Counselor for about a decade. After some nudges in a different direction, I shifted to a career in the technology industry. Both careers taught me about the resilience of the human spirit, we are not “stuck” anywhere and the importance of personal accountability.

Ever feel like you don’t fit in or fit anywhere? Most of my life, I didn’t feel completely comfortable in my skin. After years of looking externally to be “fixed,” I began to look inward and found that I am very intuitive. Neurodiversity is not a weakness. When nurtured, neurodiversity can be a super power. There is nothing wrong with me, nothing wrong with you. There is nothing I love more than watching clients light their passion and find their authentic selves.
